The NEO 2T Smart is without question the most powerful, realistic and accurate Smart direct drive trainer of Tacx and even quieter than ever thought possible.

What's new with the Tacx NEO 2T Smart*

The motor is redesigned in order to deliver a much higher torque to provide a better indoor cycling experience and ride feel, especially during climbs and sprints. It still has the acclaimed features like Road feel, Dynamic inertia and Descent simulation. The Pedal stroke analysis is improved and can now be viewed with third party apps, enabling you to improve your power distribution and cycling performance with the software of your choice. This bike trainer is also easier to use as it is compatible with almost all rear axles directly out of the box.

  • Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
