BIKE WORKSHOP & SERVICE BOOKINGS

We offer a premium level of workshop service to match the quality of the products we sell.

Our mechanics are passionate riders, highly qualified, and experienced across all aspects of bike servicing and repair.

Any replacement parts or additional repair work will be discussed with you and quoted before we proceed.

Premium Service

Our most comprehensive service, designed to return your bike to peak condition.

A full bike assessment is carried out, followed by a call to discuss the condition of your bike, identify any worn components, and recommend any additional work required. The service then includes a thorough clean, component removal where necessary, greasing of all bearings, and complete tuning — including electronic updates where applicable.

Any replacement parts or additional labour required are discussed with you and quoted before work is completed.

As mountain bikes and road bikes have different servicing requirements, pricing is tailored accordingly.

  • MTB Premium Service: $300
  • Road Premium Service: $225

General Service

A solid, essential service covering the fundamentals that keep your bike safe, smooth, and enjoyable to ride.

This includes an initial assessment, a basic clean, and tuning of key components. Any parts requiring replacement or additional time required for repairs will be discussed with you and quoted before proceeding.

Separate pricing applies for mountain bikes and road bikes.

PRICING

  • MTB General Service: $175
  • Road General Service: $155

Additional & Custom Work

If these service options don’t suit your needs, individual jobs or custom work can be quoted and completed at an hourly rate.

Workshop rate: $110 per hour
