Kiwivelo Live Ltd (“Kiwivelo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit kiwivelo.co.nz, make a purchase, create an account, subscribe to marketing or contact us.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. Kiwivelo does not store complete payment-card details.

Information processed outside New Zealand

Some providers, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google and Meta, may process or store information outside New Zealand.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in a way that provides comparable safeguards to those required by New Zealand privacy law, or otherwise disclose it as permitted by the Privacy Act 2020.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending essential messages about your orders, account or enquiries.
