Kiwivelo offers a $10 delivery fee per order on non bulky items, With free delivery on orders over $200

Most orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take 2-3 additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
