Ultegra Di2 R8100 is Shimanos most inspired drivetrain, packed with innovative, game-changing features. HYPERGLIDE+ technology allows for crisp, seamless shifts both up and down the gear range, even during maximal efforts. The new Di2 shifting system introduces Shimanos exclusive wireless integrated circuit and the move to a 12-speed cassette ensures you have all the gearing you need. Ergonomics and aerodynamics have been enhanced at every turn and you can set up the drivetrain just the way you like it via Shimanos user-friendly E-Tube app.

Delivery

• Standard NZ shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are $10.
• Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.
• We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by couriers, weather, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Returns

• Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
• Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
