The new Pro 2 Plus TreeFrog bike rack is technically an upgraded Pro 2 bike rack with an Universal Fork Mount Base, able to move between different fork mount sizes when you have 2 or more bicycles. The Universal Fork Mount Base requires an additional interchangeable plug set (sold separately on the Accessories page). This system allows customers to change front axle sizes Plug Sets quickly, to support and transport different bikes, without changing fork mounts. After you select a Pro 2 Plus rack, please go to the Accessories page, to add those Plug Sets you would need to carry your bicycles. The Pro 2 Plus could carry 2 bikes (total loading capacity is 40kg), or 1 e-bike (up to 27kg) specially designed at the center of the board, which could also carry 1 tandem bike (up to 27kg).
The footprint of the Pro 2 rack is 72x20cm. The Pro 2 Plus bike rack weight is 4,5kg.

Delivery

  • Standard NZ shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are $10.
  • Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.
  • We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by couriers, weather, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact sales@kiwivelo.co.nz as soon as possible with your order details and photos.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
  • Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
