The Shimano SH-XC502 shoe, called XC5 for short, with BOA-L6 twist closure and fibreglass-reinforced midsole ensures plenty of performance in cross-country use.
The shoes have been equipped with the Ultread-XC rubber outsole, which sets new standards in terms of grip and durability. The upper shoe made of synthetic leather, mesh and TPU is constructed with less material overlap, which improves comfort as well as fit and saves on weight. You can quickly and conveniently make individual adjustments using the turn dial. The shoe's stabilising midsole and Dynalast technology ensure maximally efficient power transfer, resulting in longer performance.

Delivery

  • Kiwivelo offers $10 delivery on orders under $200, with free standard delivery on orders over $200.
  • Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.
  • We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.

  • Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by couriers, weather, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
  • Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
