We've achieved this with our HMF carbon frame, developed in collaboration with our pro riders through rigorous testing and refinement. To capture balance as well as speed, the frame's geometry is meticulously tuned to put you in control-sharpening agility through corners, delivering stability on descents, and keeping every ride precise without compromise.

The advanced suspension setup via RockShox Flight Attendant delivers optimal settings in real time, anticipating the trail ahead so you can focus on the ride regardless of how demanding the terrain. Your wheels stay planted and your ride remains smooth as the system adapts to conditions, letting you flow through every section without interruption. Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

  • All costs associated with delivery are calculated and added at the point of purchase in the shopping cart.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
