We've achieved this with our HMF carbon frame, developed in collaboration with our pro riders through rigorous testing and refinement. To capture balance as well as speed, the frame's geometry is meticulously tuned to put you in control-sharpening agility through corners, delivering stability on descents, and keeping every ride precise without compromise.

The advanced suspension setup via RockShox Flight Attendant delivers optimal settings in real time, anticipating the trail ahead so you can focus on the ride regardless of how demanding the terrain. Your wheels stay planted and your ride remains smooth as the system adapts to conditions, letting you flow through every section without interruption. The result is a bike that evolves with the trail, and elevates your confidence-because the best rides happen when the bike feels like an extension of you.

Equipped with a performance-driven build kit, the bike is ready for your fastest rides without the top-tier price. The SRAM GX Eagle AXS Transmission drivetrain, Syncros Silverton CF2 wheels, and integrated cable routing enhance speed, efficiency, and control-ensuring the bike is as capable on any trail you decide to ride.

Delivery

  • Kiwivelo offers $10 delivery on orders under $200, with free standard delivery on orders over $200.
  • Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.
  • We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by couriers, weather, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
  • Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
