The Explore Reflective Gloves have been updated to minimise stitching to prevent discomfort and save on weight. Designed to provide protection and dexterity for the longest days on the bike, the palm features updated memory foam padding, strategically placed in key pressure areas to help guard against nerve damage. Both the palm and the thumb are made of an abrasion-resistant suede material, perforated for ventilation. The back of the hand is fully reflective with bonded hi-vis and reflective Brevet bands for excellent visibility in low light. A thin layer of Polartec's Power Shield Pro fabric provides insulation with breathability. The redesigned wrist section also features a bonded hem to avoid friction against the handlebar as well as a streamlined velcro closure to reduce bulk.

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

  • We do not cover returns cost.

  • Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging undamaged also.

  • Replacement products normally take 5 days to deliver – provided you have followed our returns procedure correctly.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
