Our Maintenance Package gives you peace of mind knowing your new bike has been professionally assembled, checked, and fine-tuned by experienced mechanics. Designed to keep you riding smoothly and safely, it covers everything from initial setup to post-ride care.

How it works:
Add the Maintenance Package when you purchase your bike, and we’ll handle the rest. Our team will complete your setup and get in touch to arrange your first check-up at your nearest KiwiVelo location.
Delivery
- Kiwivelo offers $10 delivery on orders under $200, with free standard delivery on orders over $200.
- Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.
- We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by couriers, weather, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact sales@kiwivelo.co.nz as soon as possible with your order details and photos.
Returns
- Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
- Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
- Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
