- Thanks to the EXTRA WIDE HIP WINGS, the ventilated AERO FLEX belt and the optimized AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM it not only sits safely and closely in place, it also distributes the weight perfectly for extra comfort. Wide ventilation channels and the coarse mesh on the back section provide efficient airflow further enhancing comfort.
- EVOC's VENTI FLAP with uphill and downhill modes offers extra ventilation when ascending and an even tighter fit while descending.
- The HIP PACK PRO 3 ensures sufficient water supply with an included 1.5 l HYDRATION BLADDER as well as a bottle holder.
- If you encounter technical problems on your ride, the exterior quickly and easily accessible TOOL COMPARTMENT will hold repair kit, tools, etc.
- The pack is also equipped with COMPRESSION STRAPS to adapt the volume, a BACKLIGHT CLIP, a KEY CLIP, spacious zippered pockets in the hip wings and much more.

Delivery

  • Oversize freight is $100 to the North Island and $175 to the South Island. Smart trainer freight is $25.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?
