The Cervélo S5 LTD Frameset is a limited-edition version of the flagship aero race platform, finished in the exclusive Lupine colourway. It includes the S5 carbon frame, all-carbon bayonet fork, SP34 carbon seatpost and HB19 one-piece carbon cockpit. Designed exclusively for electronic drivetrains.

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

  • All costs associated with delivery are calculated and added at the point of purchase in the shopping cart.
  • Delivery costs are itemised in your account and can be viewed by logging into your account.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

  • All returns MUST have a completed returns form enclosed which can be found here. This form can be filled out on your device.

  • We do not cover returns cost.

  • Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging undamaged also.

  • If you have paid with card, we will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

  • Replacement products normally take 5 days to deliver – provided you have followed our returns procedure correctly.

  • The status of your credit or return can be viewed by logging into your account.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase within the limitations of our returns policy.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
