TACX CIRO BOTTLE CAGES
The Ciro bottle cage is predominantly made from carbon and is shaped to clamp the bottle very tightly, and has been given a minimalistic design so it does not upstage your bicycle.

Great Clamping
Its black shell is reinforced by carbon to strengthen the optimized form, so the bottle stays perfectly in place.

Lightweight
The mix of materials - a carbon shell and glass fibre core - is optimized to be as light as possible.

Purified Design
All excess material is reduced to a minimum so only a pure shape remains. Due to this minimalistic design, the Ciro is very slim and fits every bike

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

  • All costs associated with delivery are calculated and added at the point of purchase in the shopping cart.
  • Delivery costs are itemised in your account and can be viewed by logging into your account.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

  • We do not cover returns cost.

  • Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging undamaged also.

  • If you have paid with card, we will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

  • Replacement products normally take 5 days to deliver – provided you have followed our returns procedure correctly.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
