The MIK Adapter Plate is an ideal accessory if you want to carry your essential items around quickly and easily. It will unlock your ability to customize your storage options on your rack. It's compatible with removable bicycle accessories and suitable for luggage carrier racks for the MIK system or MIK carrier plate. The MIK Adapter Plate is a must-have for your Vado, Como, or Tero.
- Attaches to a wide variety of accessories, including the Turbo Basket and various Basil accessories.
- Connects securely to MIK and MIK HD racks or the MIK carrier plate (not included).
- 15kg max. load when used on the MIK HD rack.
- Allows for fast and tool-less installation and removal.
- Includes MIK stick key for increased security.

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

  • All costs associated with delivery are calculated and added at the point of purchase in the shopping cart.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

  • We do not cover returns cost.

  • Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging undamaged also.

  • If you have paid with card, we will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

  • Replacement products normally take 5 days to deliver – provided you have followed our returns procedure correctly.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
