Directions for use:
Pre-wet bike, spray on Muc-Off Bike Cleaner & leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Agitate stubborn grime with a brush and rinse off thoroughly with fresh water. To ensure best results try a small test area before proceeding. Store in a cool, dry place. Warning: Avoid contact with eyes, wash out with water immediately and seek medical attention. Keep away from children. Do not use on hot surfaces. Do not let it dry or apply in direct sunlight. For non factory finishes test a small inconspicuous area prior to use.

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

  • All costs associated with delivery are calculated and added at the point of purchase in the shopping cart.

Returns

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on kiwivelo.co.nz.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?
