Our formulation has been specifically formulated for Women to deeply moisturise your skin for total riding comfort and protection, over long distances, in all conditions. Our luxury formula is pH balanced, enriched with Provitamins, uses natural ingredients and fragrances, it also creates a mild cooling effect for total riding comfort. We've also left out the Parabens (we don't believe you should have Parabens anywhere near your nether regions, or anywhere else on your skin for that matter!), SLS's and DEA. Our cream is designed to form a protective barrier to help prevent skin damage on sensitive areas, it's also anti-bacterial, and ideal for all riding styles from hard-fought classics through to long sportives. So it's adios to sore and uncomfortable rides! The Athlete Performance R&D team looked at every way to improve your riding experience and worked closely with pro teams to bring you the latest addition to the Athlete Performance range. We have also made sure it is infused with essential Provitamin moisturisers to help create that long lasting hydrated feeling on your skin. A pH balance formula enriched with natural Aloe Vera, Shea Butter & Sunflower Oils to provide deep moisturising & long last protection. Uses natural fragrances.

Delivery

  • Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched the day they are ordered.
  • The standard delivery time for products to be delivered New Zealand postal addresses (excluding bikes) is within 3 working days.

Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase within the limitations of our returns policy.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Kiwivelo offers a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee per order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. You should receive your order within 4 business days.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
