DIALED-IN FIT AND PERFORMANCE ON THE TRAIL
The women's Cylinder II W offers the comfort you'd expect from Giro with the convenience and precision of a BOA dial closure. With a single dial and a set-and-forget front strap, you can get into your shoes and onto the trails in no time. The BOA L6 dial offers 1mm adjustment increments when tightening, and a macro-release function to get out of the shoe. The upper construction provides great support and breathability, while our proprietary co-molded nylon and rubber lugged outsole provides remarkable durability with reliable traction on almost any surface.

Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition with packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged. Returns after 14 days may be considered for store credit at our discretion. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
  • Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. For more details please view our shipping and delivery page.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
