Our workshop can be extremely busy, and during peak periods, wait times may be up to four weeks. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.

Please do not bring your bike to the workshop until you have received a confirmation email. Due to limited storage capacity, we are unable to accept bikes before a booking has been confirmed. If a bike is dropped off without a confirmed booking, we may need to ask you to take it home until your scheduled service date.
