Thank you for submitting your bike fit booking request. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee an appointment, as all requested dates and times are subject to availability. During busy periods, our bike fitting schedule can be booked up to four weeks in advance.

Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm an available appointment time as soon as possible.

Please do not bring your bike into the store until you have received a confirmation email from us. If you arrive without a confirmed appointment, we will be unable to complete your bike fit or safely store your bike, and you will be asked to take it home with you.

Once your booking has been confirmed, we will provide the appointment details and let you know if there is anything you should bring or prepare beforehand. We appreciate your patience.
