I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase within the limitations of our returns policy

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

The cost of standard shipping is free if your order is over $99.99 NZD. Orders under $100.00 NZD will incur a $6.50 shipping and handling fee.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Most orders received before 3:30pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery, you should receive your order within 2 business days,  (South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive). Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. You can find shipping information on our shipping and delivery page  - along with relevant shipping rates and delivery times.

Do you do back orders?

Kiwivelo.co.nz does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you have a catalogue?

Our catalogue lives right here on kiwivelo.co.nz. We do not provide a printed catalogue currently.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
